"This is more than words can describe! CALAMITY, MISERY, DEVASTATION AND TOTAL LOSS! Whole communities in Ghana’s North-East Region swamped today (01/10/20) by floods. On behalf of Caritas Ghana, I wish to renew my appeal for humanitarian assistance for the victims. I did so already on Monday with Bishop Alfred Agyenta of the area (Navrongo-Bolgatanga Diocese) when the situation of the flooding had not reached this proportion! This is a real sorrowful spectacle of human suffering!"
